Welcome to Drip Doctor Plumbing Co. By using our website or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Drip Doctor Plumbing Co provides residential plumbing services limited to minor repairs, including:​

  • Faucet and sink replacements

  • Garbage disposals Replacements 

  • Water softeners & Water filtration

  • Toilet repairs or Replacements

  • Reverse Osmosis Systems 

  • Kitchen sink installs 

  • Replacing a faucet or showerhead

  • Installing a handheld bidet sprayer

  • Installing or replacing a dishwasher

  • Replacing pop-up drain assemblies

  • Cleaning out & replacing P-traps under sinks

  • Clear stoppage

 

We do not perform major plumbing renovations, commercial plumbing, slab leaks, or repipes unless otherwise stated and legally permitted.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of scheduling.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions or additional work requested.

  • Customers will be informed before any changes in price are made.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Payments

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other approved methods of payment.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or collections.

5. Refund Policy

We stand by our work. Refunds may be issued if:

  • The service was not completed as agreed.

  • The customer contacts us within 7 days with a valid concern and allows us a chance to resolve the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

Drip Doctor Plumbing Co is not liable for:

  • Any damage caused by existing plumbing issues or system failures outside the scope of work.

  • Delays due to weather, supply shortages, or unforeseen conditions.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on labor and parts where applicable. Warranty terms may vary by service and will be explained at the time of service.
Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or customer-provided materials.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or misuse any content or images.

  • Submit false information through our contact forms.
