We do not perform major plumbing renovations, commercial plumbing, slab leaks, or repipes unless otherwise stated and legally permitted.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of scheduling.

Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions or additional work requested.

Customers will be informed before any changes in price are made.
3. Appointments and Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
4. Payments

Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other approved methods of payment.

Late payments may result in additional fees or collections.
5. Refund Policy
We stand by our work. Refunds may be issued if:

The service was not completed as agreed.

The customer contacts us within 7 days with a valid concern and allows us a chance to resolve the issue.
